Itinerary
Wednesday September 16, 2026:
- Airport Arrival: Driver will meet you at Buffalo Niagra International Airport to drive you to the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown Hotel
- If you arrive early and your room is not ready, the front desk will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
- 5:00-7:00 pm: Reception at the hotel
Thursday September 17, 2026:
- 7:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 3:10 pm: Transportation to Highmark Stadium begins. Transportation will run continuously. Last shuttle departs at 11:20 am. Transportation will take approximately 40 minutes with traffic to Highmark Stadium
- 6:15 pm: Gates open at Highmark Stadium
- 8:15 pm: Kickoff time for the Buffalo Bills vs. Detroit Lions
- 30 minutes after the game: Transportation starts back to downtown Buffalo
Friday September 18, 2026:
- 7:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 12:00 PM: Check out at the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown
- Following check out: Please refer to your airport shuttle instructions for return transportation

- Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF): Located less than 10 mile/20 minutes from the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown
