- Airport arrival: Driver will meet you at Buffalo Niagara International Airport and transfer you to the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown
- 3:00 PM: Check in at the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown
- If you arrive early and your room is not ready, the front desk will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
- 5:00-7:00 PM: Reception at the hotel

- 7:00-10:00 AM: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 3:10 PM: Transportation to Highmark Stadium begins. Transportation will run continuously.
- 6:15 PM: Gates open at Highmark Stadium
- 8:15 PM: Kickoff time for the Buffalo Bills vs. Detroit Lions
- 30 minutes after the game: Transportation starts back to downtown Buffalo
